In-App Purchases on Android

Purchases via Google Play Store are made through the payment method of your choice (Credit/Debit card, Google Play Account, Google Wallet, Pay Pal). If your purchased credits do not appear in your balance after the transaction, please allow them a few moments to appear, as there might be high traffic on the purchasing platform. Also, on occasion payments may be canceled  by your payment provider or the Google Play Store due to a number of reasons, such as insufficient funds, the platform  is busy, bad internet connection. If this is the case, do not worry, as your account will not be charged. In case you wish to submit a ticket regarding purchases made, please provide the date, amount of coins  purchased  and  any transaction receipts you may have.
