In-App Purchases on iOS

Purchases via iTunes Store are made through the payment method of your choice (Credit/Debit card, Pay Pal, iTunes Gift Card, Store credit) . If  your purchased coins do not appear in your balance after the transaction, please allow them a few moments to appear, as there might be high traffic on the purchasing platform . Also , on occasion payments may be canceled by your payment provider or the iTunes Store due to a number of reasons, such as insufficient funds, the platform is busy, bad internet connection. If this is the case, do not worry, as your account will not be charged . In  case you wish to submit a ticket regarding purchases made, please provide the date, the  amount  of coins  purchased and any transaction receipts you may have .
